Using TeamViewer remote support is a simple process:
After downloading and launching the Remote Support app, forward your unique ID to us.
Remote support will start as soon as it is initiated on our part, allowing you to remotely control your desktop, as well as transfer files (such as firmware updates and / or diagnostic files).
Web IT respects your privacy and will never transfer data to/from your computer without your permission.
